They live as far west as present-day El Paso.
2. What types of landforms, climate and natural resources are located where they settled?
The Rio Grande and Pecos River were near their settlement. They cooked egave bulbs.
3. Were they gatherers, farmers or hunters? What types of food did they eat?
Hunter- Gatherers and some farmers. Prickly pears,they grew corn, beans, squash, and gourds.
4. What type of shelter did they live in? Did they use the natural resources around them to build their shelter?
They lived in adobe houses made of dry mud and they were flat roofed houses.Yes!
5. What system of government did the Native Texan group have? How did they govern themselves?
There were villages. Each village had a cheif. The cheif settled problems.
