1.  In which part of the coastal plain region did they live? They lived in eastern Texas in Piney woods.                                                                                                                 

2.  What type of landforms, climate and natural resources are located where they settled?

 They lived near rivers,trees and it is warm.

3.  Were they gatherers, farmers or hunters?  What types of food did they eat?

 They were hunters, farmers,  and warriors. They ate animals and plants.   

4.  What type of shelter did they live in?  Did they use the natural resources around them to build their shelter? 

 They lived in dome shaped grass houses.  They used wood and grass.

5.  What system of government did the Native Texan group have?  How did they govern themselves?
